Balm no.9 opens the door to a universe of beauty and harmony and creates a moment of peace. Massage the hands thoroughly, especially the palms, then begin to massage the temples and forehead. Move up towards the top of the skull, to stimulate the crown chakra also. Then position your hands slightly apart about twenty centimetres above the top of your head. Take time to feel the energy column starting from the crown. Once you have soaked up this energy, massage the ankles and the solar plexus area.
